"I wanted to create a bold, bright piece for the project. A work that radiates with happiness and positivity. I drew inspiration from my personal happy-place, which is hanging out with my dogs walking in the rice fields to the beach close to my home in Bali. The tropical, sun-drenched landscapes here are filled with super vibrant colours and the fields are full of lush vegetation and Balinese temples, both big and small. I wanted to capture this energy and imagery in the piece. It's my own little celebration of the place I call home." – Rik Lee
